From 4 to 28 September for the first time we offer a guided tour for Chinese citizens on the following routes: Moscow — Saint Petersburg — Yekaterinburg — Irkutsk — Chita — Zabaykalsk and Chita — Irkutsk — Yekaterinburg — Saint Petersburg — Moscow.

The first group of 72 tourists from Harbin flies into Moscow on 4 September and finishes the journey in Zabaykalsk on 17 September. The second and third groups (36 people from Shanghai and Guangzhou each) land in Chita on 17 September and fly out from Moscow on the 28th. The flights are operated by Ural Airlines.

In Moscow Chinese guests will visit Red Square, Aleksandrovsky Garden, GUM, Kremlin, Novodevichy Convent and Vorobyevy Gory, walk on the Old Arbat street, see the sights of VDNKh and Kolomenskoe Museum-Reserve. In Saint Petersburg they will go on a tour of Petergof, see all the major sights of the city and enjoy the numerous collections of the Hermitage.

Highlights of Yekaterinburg program include a trip to the symbolic border between Europe and Asia, a tour dedicated to the tragic destiny of the last Russian Emperor Nikolay II and his family, a visit of Yeltsin Presidential Center and an excursion to the Military Technology Museum in Verkhnyaya Pyshma.

Upon arrival to Irkutsk the guests from Harbin and Shanghai will go to Baykal. On the way back they will stop by the Taltsy village with the Museum of Wooden Architecture and Ethnography. Then they will view the Decembrists Museum exhibition, visit Irkutskaya Sloboda district with the buildings from XIX–XX centuries and have a walk along the Angara-river. The group from Guangzhou will have two days of free time to arrange their sightseeing program as they wish.

In Chita all guests will have a guided tour of the city and guests from Harbin will also experience welcoming traditions with traditional bread and salt at the railway station.

On the train the Chinese guests will occupy carriages with compartments and in the cities their accommodation will be 4-star hotels. The meals will consist of both Russian and Chinese dishes.
