Russian Railway Tours won “Consumers rights and service quality” award

Past weekend Russian Railway Tours won the award “Consumers Rights and Service Quality — 2016” in the category “Transportation Services”. The event was held in Sochi.

The agenda started with a forum on pressing issues of the modern consumer market. Ways of communication to develop consumer culture in Russia were discussed. Representatives of different businesses exchanged their experience in dealing with their consumers and governmental agencies.

The award ceremony was the last thing on the agenda. The ceremony was hosted by a popular actor and 1st Channel TV presenter, Anton Privolnov.

Russian Railway Tours was represented by Natalia Artamonova, Head of Commercial Management, and Elena Kuleshova, Head of PR and Advertising. While accepting the award, Natalia Artamonova pointed out, “We are grateful for such high appraisal of our work. It is extra special since 2016 is a year of passenger. Customer service is very important to us. Our company deals with tourist charter and VIP transportation. The team of Russian Railway Tours is young and ambitious and we have managed to reach high results in short time.”

The award “Consumer Rights and Service Quality” is supported by “Social Projects” fund in cooperation with Rospotrebnadzor (Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing), Acort (The Retail Companies Association), NAFI (National Agency of Financial Research) and some other organizations.
