Meet your guide on the premises of Baltiysky Railway Station and make a stroll to explore the vicinity and board your train next, Locomotive whistle will mark the start of journey. Listen to the narrative telling you about the history of Russian railway and steam engines; enjoy the scenery over a cup of hot tea with some sweets offered onboard. Upon arrival in Peterhof board the bus to rich the grounds of magnificent Palace overlooking the Gulf of Finland.
This residence was built to commemorate the victory of Russia over Sweden in the Northern War that enabled Russia access to the Baltic Sea. You will visit the magnificent Palace with rich decorated rooms. Should you be overwhelmed with splendor of the Palace rooms, do not miss the opportunity to explore the gardens with occasional waves of breeze and shady corners. It’s absolutely impossible to oversee the magnificent fountains that are not just piece of art but engineering masterpieces that date back to 18th century.
Enjoy you lunch here in the Park café and spend some more time on own to get to know this splendid venue. Later in the noon, board your train to return to St. Petersburg.
